香港注册公司认证失败

您好。我们想咨询一下一个香港注册的公司想要通过认证需要怎么处理？
我们试过在网站上上传相关的文件，也试过发过邮件到官方，但是得不到确切的处理方法。
能否及时提供一些有用的方式来帮我们完成认证？

2. a further account for our jewelry supply wholesale （ name not fixed ）

Hello, my name is Heribert Erlinghagen, i am the owner of The Taste Jewelry Ltd.
We would like to register 2 enterprise accounts with you.
One we have already setup as far as possible in the moment:
No1 organic


the business scope is: business with imported organic products link health, nutrition, cosmetics, baby & mother....

But registration failed, probably because we used the Mainland Chinese ID card of my Chinese wife Dong Yue Ping.


Yesterday we have sent an email to rz@qima-inc.com with more company documents attached, also included my Passport, my registration in Kunming where i live since several years, my residence permit and also again my wifes Id card.
We both are the company owners of the HK company The taste Jewelry.


The second enterprise account we would like to open is for jewelry supply ( this is our main business with several thousand products to list )




Can you please support so that we can quickly proceed.

现在有另外一个问题就是，我们把原来的商店删除了，因为我们重新认证的时候系统可能出现了问题，不能认证，于是我们重新开启了一个新的店子，那么问题来了：
原来的认证选择有三种，现在只剩下两种，请问是怎么回事呢？是你们公司在系统选择上做了修改？还是系统出现问题了？
希望能够得到及时的回复，谢谢。
